Pakistan starts manufacturing heavy cranes

Pakistan has started manufacturing heavy recovery cranes that hitherto were being imported after spending precious foreign exchange phenomenally. 

The Rescue 1122 vehicles are equipped with these recovery cranes. A fleet of these recovery cranes have already been manufactured for the Rescue 1122 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. 

"Army Engineering Corps deserves a lot of appreciation for manufacturing these sophisticated cranes. It will save the country millions of dollar,” a delighted Chaudhary Fawad, Federal Minister for Science and Technology, tweeted.
