‘Learn Chinese with Me’ is a series composed of four volumes each of which contains student’s book and workbook designed for the students whose native language is English.
It has been launched during the ongoing 30th edition of the Paramount Book Fair, being organized at the head office of Paramount Books (Private) Limited, housed in Block 2 of PECHS, Karachi.
‘Learn Chinese with Me’ emphasizes functional use of the language with sentence patterns and grammar in the context of everyday activities. The textbook includes plenty of exercises to keep students interested and to deepen their understanding of Chinese.
The launch of the Chinese book series coincides during the Paramount Book Fair with the visit of China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, currently in Islamabad where he is having meetings with Pakistan’s dignitaries.
Paramount Books had previously brought out a popular book titled ‘Chinese Made Easy’ which was authored by Syed Hasan Javed. The book provided guidance to people desiring to use basic conversation in Chinese for everyday use.
